You're loyal, and we love you for that! We classify "regular" as visiting every six weeks, as this is the optimal length of hair growth for seamless maintenance.

Yes, please wash your hair within 24 hours before your booking. Since this is an express visit, we may be trimming your hair dry or working with limited time for colour to fully penetrate if there’s excess product buildup or natural oils.

It means minimal styling, like a shake-dry or a simple wash-and-wear product application - no glam blow-dries, hot tools, or fancy finishes.

This quick root top-up is designed for regular clients to conceal regrowth along the hairline and parting area between full-colour appointments. It’s not a full root application.

Your colour formulation cannot be changed during this appointment, as there’s no time allowance for adjustments - this package uses the same shade from your last full-colour appointment.
