We get that life happens. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can fill your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee - it's how we respect everyone's time, including yours.

There’s no one-size-fits-all pricing here. Your membership is tailored to your needs, we’ll create a plan based on your service frequency, hair goals, and budget. Payments are spread out to suit your pay cycle, starting from $25 per week.

We love a generous spirit, but your membership is custom-built for your hair. So as much as we adore your bestie, it’s a one-person-only kinda deal.
Yes, your membership is a 6-month commitment to consistent great hair. After that, you’re free to pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and the full term wraps at 12 months.
We get it, finding your person is a big deal. If your stylist is away or off on a new adventure, we’ll make sure you’re looked after by another talented member of our crew, with all the notes and magic passed on.
We get it, life doesn’t always stick to the plan. You’re welcome to freeze your membership once per year for up to three months. We’ll tack the pause onto the end of your term so you don’t miss a thing.
Life shifts - we get it. If you need to cancel, you’re welcome to do so after six months. We ask for one month’s written notice. If you’ve received more services than you’ve paid for, you’ll square up the tab before parting ways.

The delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 1 to 4 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order.
Haircare products can be returned up to 2 weeks after the purchase date for an exchange as long as they are unused.
