Hair health like all good things starts from the inside. Recently the team sat round a table with Melissa from NaturesRemedies to discuss all things on the inside that effect our hair and scalp health. 

Melissa is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist so she knows her stuff. She works holistically, looking at the whole person - mind, emotions as well as the body - because they are all part of the same system, the system of you!

👉 Eat protein because your hair is made of a protein. Seeds, nuts, eggs & meat are good options.

👉 Drink plenty of water - 30mls of water per kg of body weight.
