We use NZ Post for all our deliveries. This is a signature required service. When you place your order, please supply a physical address such as a workplace or a residence, where there will be someone present to sign for your item. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, and we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Once NZ Post has your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track the journey of your order via the NZ Post website.
If Courier Post attempt to deliver your parcel but you are not home, they will leave a card to call. Your parcel will be returned to their depot for up to 7 days for collection. You may book redelivery or redirect your parcel to an alternative address on their website free of charge. Common Thread takes no responsibility for attempted deliveries. If your parcel is returned to Common Thread after the collection period lapses, a redelivery fee will be charged.
